Total Floor Area up to 300m2 the fee will be £95.00 + VAT                                         £114.00 inc VAT

Total Floor Area between 300m2 and 400m2 the fee will be £125.00 + VAT               £150.00 inc VAT

Total Floor Area between 400m2 and over the fee will be £165.00 + VAT                   £198.00 inc VAT

Duplicate design stage SAP calculations the fee will be £50.00 + VAT                    £60.00 inc VAT

Amendments to SAP calculations the fee will be £50.00 + VAT                                £60.00 inc VAT

Final as Built SAP Calculations including EPC

Final as Built Calculations including EPC document the fee will be £65.00 +VAT        £78.00 inc VAT

(Note this fee is for the final as built calculations if the design stage work has previously been carried out by Thermcalc Limited.  If not the design stage calculation fee will be payable in addition to this)
